Construction Process
Jcor is committed to the timely completion of every project we undertake. We understand the significance of setting and meeting construction schedules and do whatever it takes to meet our clients' needs. Having a full time Jcor employee supervising 100% of the job assures quality and timeliness of progress work and final delivery. Jcor knows how to work for our clients best interest.
Service
From service calls to repair drywall damage, patching floors and roofs to complete tenant build outs from grey shell conditions, Jcor is able to mobilize on short notice and depending on the call, respond within a day’s notice. Jcor works with the client to assure that their needs are met and the project is completed.

After working in the industry for over 25 years, Judy founded Jcor in 2005. The motivation to create Jcor was out of Judy's desire to treat clients and subcontractors as they should be...respect, etc. Prior to establishing Jcor, Judy worked for four other firms and has maintined some of the same clients and relationships as her work transitioned from each job and finally into Jcor.

Formally trained as an Architect and practically trained in the field, Michael brings to the company a critical understanding of the Architectural and Construction issues involved in each project. Michael holds a B.A. degree in Architectural Studies (focus in Business) from the University of Kansas and a B.Arch degree from the University of Arizona and is the qualifying party for Jcor's Genral Contractor Licenses in Arizona, California and Nevada.
